Job summary

Accenture is seeking an experienced sales leader in the United States to originate, shape, sell and close large multi-service deals that deliver client value. You will leverage a differentiated approach across Cloud, Data & AI to solve complex business challenges and drive growth.

You will develop pursuit strategies, build executive relationships, and lead cross-functional teams with autonomy. Travel expectations and a focus on Energy, Chemicals, Natural Resources, and Utilities will apply as

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in selling complex technology and business solutions.
• Minimum of 8 years’ Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in direct sales with quota preferably in excess of $15M+.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 15 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of innovative solutions to complex technology and business challenges by combining deep expertise in client needs, market trends, and emerging technologies.
• Develop and execute pursuit strategies, create compelling client value propositions, and build trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrate strong expertise in cloud and AI platforms to design scalable, business-focused solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising sound judgment in defining objectives, approaches, and solutions for critical initiatives.
• Collaborate across large, cross-functional teams and lead key sales and pursuit activities to drive client and business success.
