Qualifications

• Minimum of 12 years within Oil & Gas/Energy industry.
• Minimum of 10 years in a strategic advisory role across upstream, midstream, and downstream domains, including: Subsurface, Wells & Drilling, Production Operations, Reservoir & Asset Management, Energy Data Management, Capital Projects, and HSE
• Minimum of 10 years of direct experience mentoring high-performing global delivery teams across large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Minimum of 10 years of business development, strategy pursuits, and solutioning for executive-level client stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years' work experience).

Responsibilities

• Advises Energy clients on end-to-end operational and enterprise business challenges.
• Drives digital operating models, process modernization, and domain-specific data ecosystems.
• Leads enterprise data modernization, governance, and architecture programs (e.g., OSDU, cloud).
• Accelerates transformation through AI, advanced analytics, and digital platform adoption.
• Defines solution architectures and roadmaps for cloud, application modernization, and platform engineering.
• Deploys AI-driven automation and cross-platform integrations to enhance operational efficiency.
• Cultivates executive client relationships and leads business development for high-value pursuits.
• Creates industry accelerators, thought leadership, and value-focused technology offerings.
