Job summary

HomeWorks Energy, Inc. seeks a highly motivated Sales Representation (Home Energy Specialist) to lead Mass Save assessments and energy-efficiency improvements. You will model homes, explain savings to customers, and secure service contracts with a focus on Cape Cod and surrounding areas.

Ideal candidates bring strong sales, customer service, and communication skills, plus reliability in field-based environments. Training is provided; travel and time on the road are routine parts of the role.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Mass Save program knowledge a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments.
• Model homes in energy efficiency software and generate reports.
• Recommend energy-saving measures such as insulation, LED lighting, and high-efficiency HVAC.
• Initiate sale and secure service contracts.
• Provide exceptional customer service and educate homeowners on energy efficiency benefits.
• Use effective sales techniques to ensure customer satisfaction and referrals.
• Install energy-saving products during assessments and complete paperwork accurately.
