Job summary

Homeworks Energy is seeking a Home Energy Specialist for Cape Cod, a full-time outside sales role with comprehensive training. You will perform Mass Save home energy assessments, model homes in energy software, diagnose energy issues, and recommend savings measures while driving to scheduled appointments.

You will report to your local office about once per week, with potential gas reimbursement or hotel accommodations. Requires MA driver's license and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
• Valid MA driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel required.
• Previous customer service and sales experience preferred.
• Mass Save program knowledge a plus.
• Proficiency in reading, writing, and communicating in English.

Responsibilities

• Perform Mass Save home energy assessments and model homes using energy software.
• Sell services and secure customer contracts; educate homeowners on energy efficiency.
• Install energy-saving products during assessments and complete documentation.
• Continual professional development and collaboration with internal teams.
