This full-time, outside sales role provides paid training, weekly team meetings at local offices, and a commission-based pay structure with earnings typically around $95,000 annually, with top earners earning $250,000+.

Qualifications

• Sales experience and customer service skills critical for outside sales.
• Strong communication and ability to educate homeowners on energy efficiency.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency with standard software.

Responsabilités

• Perform Mass Save home energy assessments and model homes in energy software.
