HomeWorks Energy seeks a Home Energy Specialist to perform Mass Save home energy assessments, model homes in efficiency software, and recommend energy-saving measures. You will drive to customer appointments from home, reporting to a local office weekly for meetings.

The role offers an outside sales path with no cold-calling, paid training, and a mix of in-field days. Requires MA driver’s license and reliability; base is strong with commission potential.

• Conduct Mass Save home energy assessments and model homes.
