Job summary

Accenture PLC in the United States is seeking a Sales Capture Senior Manager to shape, sell and close large, multi-service deals. You will lead opportunities from qualification to deal close, build executive-level client relationships, and craft compelling messages that win complex technology transformations.

This role requires at least 8 years in selling and 8 years in Sales Pursuit Management, with 2+ years of direct sales with quotas over $10M.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of selling experience.
• 8+ years' Sales Pursuit Management experience.
• 2+ years of direct sales with quota, preferably > $10M.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Create solutions to complex technology business problems by understanding client needs.
• Interact with senior client and Accenture leaders to determine pursuit strategies and messaging.
• Lead teams in qualification, shaping, bidding, and closing opportunities.
• Direct specific sales activities within large teams.
• Travel up to 25–100% as required by business needs.
