Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a Staff Recruiter to lead full life-cycle recruiting for craft, trades, and professional roles supporting energy projects across multiple locations. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, source top talent, and ensure a positive candidate experience.

The role requires strong ATS proficiency, energy sector recruiting experience, excellent communication, and the ability to travel occasionally to project sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience, energy/industrial sector preferred.
• Proven success in recruiting craft, skilled trades, and professional roles.
• Proficient in ATS and various sourcing tools.
• Strong recruiting methodologies, interviewing techniques, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Able to travel occasionally to project sites or events.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment life cycle for a variety of positions.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand departmental needs, job requirements, and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop and implement sourcing strategies via job boards, networks, and ATS.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Guide candidates through the interview process, providing timely feedback.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records within the ATS.
• Build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting events.
• Stay informed of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.
