Job summary

Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Craft Talent Acquisition Partner to drive strategic recruitment for craft and project-support roles across nationwide renewable energy projects.

You will partner with project leadership, HR, and operations to build talent pipelines, execute full-cycle sourcing, and elevate candidate experience while supporting large-scale workforce demands with safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Organizational Development, or related field.
• Minimum of 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting high‑volume recruiting environments and workforce planning initiatives preferred.
• Experience recruiting within construction, renewable energy, infrastructure, industrial, manufacturing, engineering, or skilled trades environments strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers and operational leaders to deliver workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full‑cycle recruitment for craft and project support roles across active and upcoming renewable energy projects.
• Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates while ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.
• Manage candidate pipelines and recruiting activity from sourcing through offer acceptance and project mobilization.
• Facilitate interview processes, coordinate hiring decisions, and support compensation discussions with hiring leaders.
• Develop robust talent pipelines across multiple geographic regions and recruiting channels.
