Primoris Renewable Energy is seeking a Craft Talent Acquisition Partner to recruit craft and project support talent for nationwide renewable energy construction projects. You will work closely with project leadership, HR, and operations to align staffing with schedules and growth plans.

Ideal candidates bring 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting, strong relationship skills, and experience in construction or energy settings.

Qualifications

• At least 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruiting in construction, renewable energy, infrastructure, manufacturing, or skilled trades environments preferred.
• Proven ability to partner with hiring managers and operational leaders to deliver workforce solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for craft and project support roles on renewable energy projects.
• Source, screen, and present qualified candidates aligned with project needs and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, assist with decisions, and support compensation discussions with leaders.
