Primoris Energy Services in Texas seeks a Staff Recruiter responsible for full life-cycle recruitment across craft, skilled trades, project management, engineering, and administrative roles supporting energy projects nationwide.

You will partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing strategies, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, extend offers, and maintain ATS records while ensuring compliance and a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or equivalent experience.
• 3-5 years of full life-cycle recruiting experience; energy/construction/industrial sectors preferred.
• Experience recruiting craft, skilled trades, and professional roles.
• Proficiency with ATS and sourcing tools.
• Strong knowledge of recruiting methodologies, interviewing techniques, and employment laws.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally to project sites or career events.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment life cycle for roles including craft, skilled trades, project management, engineering, and admin.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ideal candidate profiles.
• Develop sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, networks, and ATS.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit.
• Coordinate interviews with stakeholders and provide timely feedback.
• Guide candidates through interviews and manage expectations.
• Extend offers and negotiate compensation per company guidelines.
• Maintain accurate candidate records in the ATS.
• Build relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Participate in career fairs and recruiting events to promote Primoris Energy Services.
• Stay informed on industry trends and compliance with employment laws.
