Qualifications

• Strong recruiting and strategic partnership experience.
• Ability to develop workforce plans and recruitment strategies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with high-volume, field-based staffing in construction/renewable energy preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for craft and project support roles across renewable energy projects.
• Partner with project leadership, HR, and operations to forecast staffing needs and build pipelines.
• Source, screen, interview, and present candidates aligned with project timelines and culture.
• Manage candidate pipelines and collaborate on compensation discussions with hiring leaders.
