Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• Minimum 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting or Talent Acquisition experience.
• Experience in high-volume recruiting within construction/renewable energy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for craft and project support roles across multiple projects.
• Source, screen, assess, and present qualified candidates aligned with project requirements and timelines.
• Coordinate interviews, hiring decisions, and compensation discussions with leaders.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for recurring workforce needs across regions.
• Develop relationships with workforce agencies, schools, and community organizations to strengthen pipelines.
• Deliver high-quality candidate experiences and employer branding across channels.
