Job summary

Generator Supercenter of Austin is seeking a detail-oriented Lead Setter/Scheduling Coordinator to support our construction and installation operations in Roswell, GA. You will manage daily job schedules, coordinate materials, track progress, and assist with permits and subcontractor workflows to keep projects on track and clients connected.

Ideal candidates have scheduling or construction coordination experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to communicate clearly with field

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or trade school certification is a plus.
• Experience in scheduling, construction coordination, project administration, or electrical service coordination preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).
• Experience coordinating with subcontractors, vendors, and inspectors.

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads and educate customer on generator needs.
• Schedule in-home consultations for the sales team.
• Create and maintain daily and weekly construction and installation schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and material deliveries to align with project timelines.
• Schedule inspections, permitting appointments, and commissioning activities.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Set up new jobs and maintain proper documentation.
