Generator Supercenter, Inc. is hiring a Lead Setter/Scheduling Coordinator for construction and energy projects in a fast-paced environment. You will manage daily schedules, coordinate materials, track progress, and support subcontractor and permit workflows.

The role involves working with field crews, project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely completion. This full-time position emphasizes organization, communication, and documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or trade school certification a plus.
• Experience in scheduling, construction coordination, project administration, or electrical service coordination.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, Project).

Responsibilities

• Follow up with leads and educate customers on generator needs.
• Create and maintain daily/weekly construction and installation schedules.
• Coordinate subcontractor activities and material deliveries to meet timelines.
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules to meet deadlines.
• Provide administrative support and ensure proper documentation and close-out procedures.
