Job summary

ReVireo is seeking a full-time Project Coordinator to support project managers, handle energy modeling expediting, and manage office operations from its Springfield, NJ location. The role is hybrid/remote with a minimum of two in-person days per month at headquarters.

Strong organization, communication, and data-entry skills are required, along with Excel proficiency and experience with Salesforce/Box/QuickBooks.

Qualifications

• Administrative experience preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and meet short deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data entry.
• Available to work 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday.
• Experience with Salesforce, Box, or QuickBooks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with energy modeling expediting and documentation reviews.
• Handle office management, inventory, and event planning tasks.
• Communicate with clients via calls and emails in a timely manner.
• Track tasks, deadlines, and ensure timely turnover of deliverables.
