Job summary

EMC Insights, a boutique energy efficiency and decarbonization firm, seeks a Clean Energy Technical Project Coordinator in New Jersey. You will coordinate day-to-day C&I projects, review technical qualifications, manage schedules, and support Trade Allies and customers.

The role emphasizes building relationships, understanding energy-saving calculations, and delivering on-time technical reporting, with travel to customer sites as needed.

Qualifications

• BA or BS degree required in Engineering, Business, or related field.
• At least 3 years of project coordination experience in energy efficiency.
• Solid HVAC knowledge and ability to review technical qualifications.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day aspects of C&I projects (HVAC focus) and review qualifications.
• Maintain project schedules and ensure deliverable quality for clients and Trade Allies.
• Address customer concerns promptly to build long-term relationships.
• Review cost estimates and energy-saving calculations and support meetings.
