Job summary

New York Technology Partners in New Brunswick, NJ seeks a Project Associate to support commercial and residential energy efficiency incentive programs. You will review customer applications in our local CRM to ensure accurate and timely rebate payments.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years in customer programs support, strong MS Office and CRM skills, and be comfortable with travel (~20% in NJ). Must live in NJ and have reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Associates degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 1+ years of customer programs support.
• Energy Efficiency program experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, time management and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM technologies.
• Hybrid work environment in New Brunswick, NJ.

Responsibilities

• Assists with project and program management.
• Supports project execution including reviewing documents for accuracy, milestones, and verifying applications.
• Accurate and timely data entry.
• Ensures outstanding customer and contractor satisfaction.
• Covers the office reception and associated duties on a rotational basis.
• Supports additional office responsibilities and projects.
• Participates in local New Brunswick, NJ marketing events and conferences.
