Job summary

Volt is hiring a Project Coordinator for a remote-based role within the USA. You will support hybrid operations, manage order entry, financial forecasting, planning and revenue tracking, and act as a liaison with customers and internal teams to keep projects on schedule.

The role requires 2–3 years in service order administration, proficiency with Office365, Salesforce, SAP, and ERP tools, plus strong communication and multitasking abilities.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience in service order administration.
• Proficient in Office365 (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams), Clearview, SAP, Acrobat, Salesforce (bFO).
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and capable of multitasking.
• Customer oriented.
• Knowledge of basic accounting or financial principles and methods.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Support hybrid, order entry financial forecasting, planning and revenue tracking.
• Interact with multiple team members and customers to coordinate projects.
• Monitor revenue data from Oracle, SAP, BFS and other systems for monthly recognition.
• Coordinate with Order Entry, Scheduling and Invoicing teams for project milestones.
• Prepare services quotations and work with Inside Sales to convert PO lines.
• Manage work orders, budgets, schedules and risk flags with BU teams.
• Assist with forecasts as well as identify opportunities for revenue recognition.
• Participate in weekly operational meetings to discuss backlog, WIP and forecast.
