7Seventy is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support energy program applicants and participants in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and online chat, delivering accurate information and resolving issues promptly.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of professional work experience.
• 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and other Office apps.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Handle non-scripted customer interactions via phone, email, and chat.
• Give information on rebate status, scheduling, submission procedures, and program guidelines.
• Conduct outbound outreach when required.
• Assist with energy application inquiries and program questions.
• Document interactions using call center systems.
• Support customers in a paperless work environment.
• Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
