Resource Innovations in San Diego seeks a Customer Services Representative to provide exceptional support to program participants via inbound and outbound calls and email. The role focuses on eligibility, services, documentation, and accurate record-keeping in internal databases.

Strong communication and attention to detail are essential as you learn program guidelines and assist customers daily. The position requires at least a high school diploma and 1 year of customer service experience;

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a customer service environment.
• 1 year of experience in an office environment performing administrative duties.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional and courteous customer service through inbound and outbound calls and email.
• Respond to customer questions regarding program guidelines, eligibility, services, application status, and documentation requirements.
• Conduct outbound calls and follow up on open leads in accordance with program requirements and performance goals.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and contact attempts.
• Review and respond to voicemail messages and callback requests.
• Address customer inquiries and complaints while maintaining a professional and service-oriented approach.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer and program information.
