Job summary

J & J Worldwide Services seeks a skilled technician to inspect, operate, maintain, test and repair boilers, cooling towers and related energy plant equipment. You will service medical air systems, pumps, chillers, and associated controls to ensure reliable utility services.

The role requires interpreting equipment specifications and blueprints, strong verbal and written communication, and experience with facility maintenance and CMMS software.

Qualifications

• Must read equipment specifications and blueprints.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience with facility operations and maintenance.
• Experience with a Facility CMMS software.

Responsibilities

• Operates and maintains rotating machinery per manufacturer recommendations.
• Interprets gauges and meters for Boiler/Chiller operations.
• Adjusts controls for safe, efficient plant operation.
• Responds to loss of services per procedure.
• Maintains cleanliness of Central Energy Plant areas.
