Johnson Controls, a leader in HVAC and building automation, seeks an experienced Operations and Maintenance Specialist to support mission-critical facility and utility systems at a large electric vehicle battery campus. The role focuses on safe operation, maintenance, inspection, repair, and reliability of HVAC, chilled water, steam, BAS, and related equipment to sustain uninterrupted production.

Formación

• Minimum seven (7) years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience.
• Extensive knowledge of HVAC, chilled water, heating hot water, pumping, and building automation controls.
• Ability to read and interpret P&IDs, one-line diagrams, and sequence of operations.

Responsabilidades

• Inspect, operate, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair critical facility infrastructure, HVAC equipment, and mechanical utility systems.
• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities on utility and facility equipment using CMMS work orders.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, controls, hydronic, and sanitary system failures and implement permanent corrective actions.
• Repair or replace pumps, motors, bearings, valves, belts, drives, dampers, actuators, piping systems, heat exchangers, and associated equipment.
• Conduct operational testing, vibration analysis, system inspections, flow verification, equipment alignment, and performance evaluations.
• Utilize CMMS to document maintenance activities, asset tracking, and support reliability initiatives.
• Participate in RCFA, RCM, and continuous improvement programs.
• Support plant shutdowns, startups, commissioning, and emergency response operations.
