Interstates seeks a growth-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence in the Energy market, focusing on Power Generation. You’ll open doors, build client relationships, and lead pursuits with partners while traveling up to 50% as needed.

The role calls for a strategic thinker who can develop opportunities, lead proposals, and shape growth with cross-functional teams across the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• 7–10 years of related experience and/or training in BD, sales, or engineering.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% as required by business needs.

Aufgaben

• Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in the Energy market.
• Engage with clients, EPCs, OEMs, and contractors to open doors and close opportunities.
• Develop growth strategies with operations leadership for the Energy market.
• Lead proposal teams and communicate Interstates’ value clearly.
• Attend Energy-focused trade shows and networking events.
