Interstates, headquartered in Iowa, seeks a growth-driven Business Development Manager to expand our Energy market, with a focus on Power Generation. You will open doors, develop client relationships, and guide pursuits from initial contact to contract award.

Based near an Interstates office in the region, travel up to 50% will be required as you collaborate with operations, executives, and partners to shape growth and deliver value to clients and communities.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree and 7-10 years of related experience or equivalent.
• Experience in business development, sales, market development, engineering, automation, energy, or related industrial field.
• Strong understanding of the Energy market; Power Generation experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
