Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field operations on assigned projects, coordinating vendors and subcontractors to meet the Contract Documents and Project Schedule. You will ensure site safety, logistics, and professionalism on a large-scale construction site.

The role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in large commercial construction (>$10M), strong leadership, and proficiency with Procore and Primavera.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in large ($10M+) commercial construction (higher education, healthcare).
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software (Procore), and scheduling software (Primavera).
• Team player and strong organizational skills.
• Detail oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety and lead site safety plans, meetings, and investigations.
• Create and manage the Project Schedule; update, recover, and lead pull planning efforts.
• Coordinate site construction activities; manage trade partners and ensure contract compliance.
• Schedule and attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients.
• Coordinate installation between trades and drive progress per the Project Schedule.
• Provide field leadership for planning and coordinating all trades and schedule support.
• Attend jobsite meetings, manage deliveries, document site progress, and support vendor invoices and reports.
• Collaborate with Inter-Company leadership to drive efficiencies and best practices.
