Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Construction Manager to provide field leadership and direct day-to-day operations on our projects, coordinating vendors and subcontractors to install their scopes in full accordance with contract documents and the project schedule.

The role emphasizes site safety, progress driving, and collaboration with the Project Manager and engineering teams to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and financial performance on energy infrastructure projects.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in large commercial construction (>$10M).
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Procore, and Primavera.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Organizational and planning skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership and direction for day-to-day project operations.
• Coordinate all vendors and subcontractors to install scopes per contract and schedule.
• Maintain site safety, logistics, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Create, maintain, and report the project schedule; develop recovery plans as needed.
• Coordinate site construction activities and monitor progress against the plan.
• Attend site inspections with authorities and clients as required.
• Manage submittals, material procurement, and vendor invoices.
• Drive efficiencies and best practices across the field team.
• Prepare daily reports and communicate project health and status.
