Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Construction Manager to provide field leadership for multiple projects, coordinating vendors and subcontractors to install scopes of work in line with Contract Documents and the Project Schedule. The role emphasizes site safety, cleanliness, and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of LARGE commercial construction, strong leadership, pull planning experience, proficiency in Procore and Primavera, and a proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Procore, Primavera.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Champion of project safety and site safety plan adherence.
• Create and maintain the Project Schedule; monitor progress.
• Coordinate all site construction activities to follow schedule.
• Attend inspections with AHJ, third parties, and clients.
• Coordinate trades and ensure timely procurement of materials.
• Lead daily reports, vendor invoices, and progress updates.
• Support startup and commissioning activities at project sites.
• Promote ENFRA culture with stakeholders.
