Job summary

ENFRA LLC is seeking a Construction Manager to provide field leadership for day-to-day operations on the assigned project(s). You will coordinate vendors and subcontractors to install scopes per contract documents and project schedule, with a strong focus on safety and site professionalism.

This role requires at least 5 years of large commercial construction experience, proven leadership, and proficiency with pull planning, Last Planner, Procore, and Primavera. Travel to job sites is 100%.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with project management software (Procore) and scheduling tools (Primavera).

Responsibilities

• Provide field leadership for day-to-day project operations.
• Coordinate all vendors and subcontractors per contract documents and schedule.
• Maintain site safety, logistics, cleanliness, and professionalism.
• Schedule updates, progress reporting, and recovery planning.
• Hold and participate in job-site inspections and progress meetings.
