Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Construction Manager to lead field operations, coordinate vendors and subs, and safeguard project safety and schedule on COM/large-scale projects in California.

You will manage the project plan, drive quality, and report progress to leadership while ensuring compliance with all permits and client requirements. The role emphasizes safety, coordination, and timely delivery in a dynamic energy infrastructure environment.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Procore, and Primavera.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; detail-oriented.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in construction management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead project field operations and coordinate vendors and subs.
• Maintain project schedule and recovery plans.
• Ensure site safety and quality assurance per plan.
• Attend inspections and coordinate with authorities.
