Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in LARGE commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient in MS Office, Procore, and Primavera.

Responsibilities

• Provide complete field leadership for day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate all vendors and subcontractors per contract and schedule.
• Ensure site safety and maintain site quality assurance.
• Manage project schedule, updates, and recovery plans.
• Attend site inspections with AHJ, inspectors, and clients.
• Drive trade partner progress and installation coordination.
• Prepare daily reports and procurement of materials.
• Support startup and commissioning activities.
