The Construction Manager will provide field leadership, coordinate vendors and subcontractors, and ensure safety and schedule adherence across multi-site projects.

The role emphasizes a strong safety program, effective communication with management, and active engagement with energy-saving targets in collaboration with M&V and Engineering

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in LARGE ($10M+) commercial construction.
• Proven leadership and supervisory skills.
• Experience with pull planning and Last Planner System.
• Proficient with Procore, Primavera, and MS Office.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead safety and manage site logistics per plan.
• Create and report Project Schedule; update and recover as needed.
• Coordinate site construction activities to meet the schedule and QA/Contract compliance.
• Schedule and attend inspections with AHJ, third party inspectors, and clients.
• Coordinate trades and ensure progress per the Project Schedule.
• Support startup, commissioning, and project closeout activities.
