Job summary

Primoris Energy Services is seeking a skilled Craft Recruiter to join our Sherman, TX team. You will manage full-cycle recruitment for pipefitters, welders, electricians, operators, and other trades, coordinating interviews, screenings, and onboarding.

You will work with project managers to understand staffing needs, build sourcing strategies, and ensure timely hires while staying compliant with federal, state, and local laws. Occasional travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of craft recruitment experience in energy/construction sectors.
• Proven track record in sourcing and hiring skilled trades.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel locally and regionally as needed.

Responsibilities

• Source top-tier craft talent via diverse channels.
• Screen and interview candidates for qualifications and fit.
• Manage ATS records and track candidate status.
• Coordinate interviews and onboarding processes.
• Extend offers and negotiate contracts.
• Represent company at career fairs and events.
• Collaborate with project managers to understand staffing needs.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
