Job summary

Petro Serve USA is seeking an energetic Energy Sales Representative to grow our commercial, agricultural, industrial, and residential customer base in the service area. You will develop new business, maintain relationships, and drive long-term energy solutions.

You will meet customers, identify needs, propose suitable bulk fuels, propane, lubricants, and related products, and work with internal teams to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage priorities.
• Outside sales or account management experience is preferred.
• Experience in petroleum/propane or related industry is preferred but not required.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel regularly within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with commercial, agricultural, industrial, and residential customers.
• Prospect and generate new business through referrals, networking, cold calling, and community involvement.
• Promote Petro Serve USA's bulk fuels, propane, lubricants, DEF, and other products and services.
• Identify opportunities to expand existing customer relationships.
• Conduct regular customer visits and follow up to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
• Prepare pricing proposals and recommend products based on customer needs.
• Coordinate with dispatch, operations, customer service, accounting, and management to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Stay informed on products, pricing, market conditions, and competitor activity.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales activity information.
• Meet sales, profitability, and customer growth goals.
• Represent Petro Serve USA professionally at meetings and events.
