Job summary

Englefield Energy seeks a Fuel Sales Representative to grow a defined territory by pursuing new business and expanding market share. You will tailor fuel solutions for commercial, agricultural, and industrial clients, drive pricing strategies, and ensure timely deliveries in coordination with operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2–5 years of experience in sales, preferably in fuel/petroleum/energy.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; willingness to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within assigned territory or customer segment.
• Build and maintain relationships with commercial, agricultural, and industrial fuel customers.
• Develop and present customized fuel solutions based on client needs, including bulk fuel delivery and pricing strategies.
• Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contract negotiations.
• Collaborate with operations and logistics teams to ensure timely fuel deliveries and service quality.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and forecasts in ACT systems.
• Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry meetings as required.
• Achieve or exceed assigned sales target and performance metrics
