Job summary

Trane Technologies is recruiting recent graduates for a full-time Energy Engineer position through its Graduate Training Program in the United States. The program includes a 15-week rotational development track with hands-on learning, in-person site visits, and exposure to HVAC fundamentals, energy literacy, and sales concepts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering required; energy, mechanical or electrical preferred.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.
• Travel to multiple company locations during the 15-week program and potential hybrid/onsite assignments across North America.

Responsibilities

• Convert data into actionable insights to deliver value for clients and projects.
• Perform energy audits, assessments, and simulate energy and utility scenarios.
• Identify energy conservation measures in buildings and facilities.
• Support and participate in training sessions during the program and apply learnings.
