Job summary

Trane Technologies is recruiting recent graduates for a full-time Energy Engineer position as part of the Graduate Training Program. The 15-week rotation offers in-person learning across North America, with training at a predetermined office location and onboarding with the local team in August.

After completing the program, you will become an Energy Engineer in a local sales office, delivering data-driven insights to optimize customer facilities while gaining technical and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferred: Energy, Mechanical or Electrical.
• U.S. citizen or have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Some positions may be remote while others may require a hybrid or onsite assignment across North America.
• Ability to travel during the 15-week training program.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Convert data into actionable insight to deliver results for clients.
• Analyze and assess the economic impacts of utility rate structures and supply options.
• Identify energy conservation measures in commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities.
• Provide energy use insights and offer technical support/training.
