Job summary

TruTeam is seeking a Sales Consultant to drive growth in residential and light commercial channels. You will identify prospects, conduct daily calls, present proposals, and manage accounts while delivering solutions that meet customer needs in construction materials.

Role requires 3+ years in building products sales, a valid driver’s license, and willingness to travel locally. Base salary plus commissions, with potential for strong total compensation, is offered.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience in building products/construction.
• Minimum of 18 years of age.
• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Sell product lines to residential and light commercial accounts.
• Identify prospective customers and generate and follow up on leads.
• Conduct daily sales calls, provide proposals, generate new business leads and manage accounts.
• Provide product knowledge and recommend materials and services based on customer needs.
