Cascade Energy is seeking an Engineer II with Energy Efficiency and RCx experience to lead client engagements, model optimization, and feasibility reporting for industrial and commercial facilities. You will gather data, run analyses, and manage projects from scoping to delivery, ensuring high impact and quality.

This role offers remote work with travel about 20%, a competitive salary range of $77,400–$108,900 plus comprehensive benefits and ESOP.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s Degree (or higher) in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, or related field.
• 1–5 years of engineering experience, preferably in energy or energy-related fields.
• Technical knowledge of refrigeration, compressed air systems, steam systems, and data-logging of results.
• Experience in energy efficiency in commercial/industrial facilities.
• Experience doing retro-commissioning (RCx).
• Experience with Strategic Energy Management (SEM).

Aufgaben

• Lead projects with overall management, direction, and accountability.
• Calculate energy savings for system/equipment changes using established tools and methodologies.
• Engage with clients on-site to identify energy-efficiency opportunities.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities to generate additional work.
• Explain complex technical topics and produce energy-efficiency reports; collect and document performance data.
