Cascade Energy is seeking an Engineer II with energy efficiency and RCx experience to assess operations and identify opportunities for energy savings in industrial or commercial facilities. You will lead projects, gather data, build optimization models, and prepare feasibility reports while ensuring quality control.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years engineering experience, preferably in energy.
• Knowledge of refrigeration, compressed air, steam systems, data logging, and electrical distribution design.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects with overall management, direction, and accountability.
• Calculate energy savings for system changes using established tools and methodologies.
• Engage with on-site clients to identify energy-efficiency opportunities.
• Strengthen client relationships and generate additional work.
• Explain technical topics and produce energy-efficiency reports.
