Cascade Energy is seeking an Engineer II with energy‑efficiency and RCx experience to assess operations, model performance, and deliver feasibility reports for energy projects. You will lead projects, engage with on-site clients, and drive data-driven energy savings analyses.

The role emphasizes strengthening client relationships, expanding opportunities with current customers, and coordinating across teams while traveling about 20% to reach industrial and commercial sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field.
• 1–5 years engineering experience, preferably in energy sectors.
• Experience with retro-commissioning (RCx) and SEM.
• Strong data-logging and energy-efficiency project experience.

Responsabilités

• Lead projects with overall management, direction, and accountability, and support peers through technical discussions and work review.
• Calculate energy savings for system/equipment changes using established tools and methodologies.
• Engage on-site with clients to identify energy-efficiency opportunities at industrial sites.
• Strengthen client relationships and identify opportunities to generate additional work with current clients.
• Explain complex technical topics to diverse audiences, produce energy-efficiency reports, collect/document performance data, and maintain knowledge of utility programs and compliance requirements.
• Travel about 20% and be open to traveling to work sites.
