Job summary

AVID Energy Solutions, a Mass Save partner, seeks an experienced Inside Sales Representative (Energy Efficiency Coordinator) in Methuen, MA. Earn $70,000-$150,000+ with uncapped commissions by following up on audited homes and businesses and recommending energy efficiency improvements.

You will work with Mass Save/NHSaves programs, focusing on insulation, weatherization, heating and cooling, and energy usage. BPI certification preferred.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience in residential or commercial sectors.
• Experience with Mass Save or NHSaves program preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
• BPI Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Call and email customers after energy assessments.
• Explain and follow up on residential, multi-family, and commercial energy assessments.
• Provide detailed energy efficiency recommendations (insulation, weatherization, heat pumps, windows).
• Support customers with energy usage guidance and troubleshooting.
