Job summary

Endless Energy in Massachusetts is seeking Home Energy Specialists to conduct residential home energy assessments under the Mass Save program, identify opportunities for improved energy efficiency, and educate homeowners on solutions that reduce energy usage and utility costs.

This full-time role offers a base salary plus uncapped commission, with total earnings potential of $100,000+ based on sales performance.

Qualifications

• Mass Save program knowledge or experience preferred.
• BPI certification, Mass Save experience, weatherization or insulation knowledge, or residential construction experience encouraged.
• Strong sales and customer-facing communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct residential home energy assessments per Mass Save program requirements.
• Identify energy usage, loss, and opportunities for efficiency improvements.
• Inspect insulation, air sealing, heating/cooling, and windows to assess energy performance.
• Gather measurements and document findings for energy reports.
• Explain findings and recommendations clearly to homeowners and discuss incentives.
