Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in home-residential sales/marketing, strong communication, and the ability to work independently within a team.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in sales/marketing of residential home work or construction.
• Mass Save program experience a plus.
• Prior experience with high-volume inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• English fluency; Spanish/Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Qualify Massachusetts homeowners and renters for no-cost energy assessments.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls and emails from prospective customers.
• Conduct outbound calls/emails to leads and referrals.
• Meet or exceed monthly marketing and sales targets.
• Schedule energy assessment appointments for Energy Efficiency Specialists.
• Use Salesforce CRM and EPlus scheduling tools.
