Endless Energy, a Massachusetts energy efficiency company, seeks Home Energy Specialists to conduct comprehensive home energy assessments, identify efficiency opportunities, and educate homeowners on solutions to reduce energy use and costs. The role works with the Mass Save program, including insulation, air sealing, windows, and high-efficiency systems.

This is a full-time position with a base salary of $52,000 plus commission and a total earning potential of $100,000+.

Formación

• Current BPI certification
• Mass Save program experience
• Experience conducting residential home energy assessments
• Knowledge of weatherization, insulation, air sealing, or residential building science
• Residential construction, HVAC, insulation, or home improvement experience
• At least 1 year of sales experience
• Experience with consultative or solution-based sales
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform

Responsabilidades

• Conduct residential home energy assessments in accordance with Mass Save program requirements and guidelines
• Evaluate homes to identify energy usage and opportunities for improved efficiency
• Inspect insulation, air sealing, heating/cooling systems, windows, and other components
• Gather measurements for accurate assessments
• Utilize technology to document findings and develop recommendations
• Prepare detailed assessment reports outlining improvements
• Explain findings and recommendations to homeowners
• Educate customers on benefits, costs, incentives, and potential savings
• Maintain CRM records and follow-up activity
• Travel throughout Massachusetts territory to complete appointments
