Franklin Energy is seeking a field energy advisor to provide expert energy efficiency guidance to homeowners, landlords and utility customers. The role blends field visits (3 days) with office work (2 days) to coordinate program delivery, rebates and energy savings opportunities.

You will lead customer outreach, deliver presentations, and support trade partners while ensuring safety and quality across projects and jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or technical school degree with equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in electric or natural gas utility industry, facilities management, HVAC design or related.
• 2–3 years in energy efficiency and/or energy modeling.
• Previous customer service, sales or marketing experience.
• Experience managing staff performing proactive customer outreach activities.

Responsabilités

• Direct installation of energy saving products as directed by program management.
• Promote the energy efficiency program to customers, trade allies and program stakeholders within your assigned territory.
• Make outbound calls to existing customers to meet energy saving targets.
• Initiate new business with new customers through B2B efforts.
• Develop and deliver presentations to create awareness about the program.
• Lead presentations promoting energy efficiency programs for targeted groups.
• Assist customers through the rebate application process.
• Install energy efficiency products in tenant units and building common areas.
• Assist Program Manager in the training of new team members.
