Job summary

Franklin Energy in Denver seeks a field-oriented Energy Advisor to provide our services directly to homeowners, landlords, building owners and utility customers. You will offer expert advice, coordinate program activities, and help clients realize energy savings through modifications to electric and gas systems.

This role blends on-site field work with office time, requires project management, data entry, and clear communication to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Technical school degree with related utility experience acceptable.
• 1–2 years in electric or natural gas utility field or related areas.
• Energy efficiency and/or energy modeling experience preferred.
• Customer service, sales, or marketing experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Direct installation of energy saving products as directed by management.
• Promote energy efficiency programs to customers and stakeholders.
• Make outbound calls to meet energy saving targets and develop new business.
• Deliver presentations to raise awareness of the program.
• Assist customers with rebate applications and documentation.
