Cascade Energy is seeking an Engineer II with energy efficiency and RCx experience to work with clients on identifying opportunities to improve energy performance in industrial and commercial facilities. You will lead projects, gather data, build optimization models, and write feasibility reports while ensuring quality control and peer support.

Formación

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Chemical Engineering or related field
• 1–5 years engineering experience, preferably in energy or energy-related fields
• Experience with energy efficiency in commercial/industrial facilities
• Experience with retro-commissioning (RCx)
• Experience with SEM (Strategic Energy Management)

Responsabilidades

• Lead projects with overall management, direction, and accountability, and support peers through technical discussions and work reviews.
• Compute energy savings for system/equipment changes using established tools and methodologies.
• Engage with clients on-site to identify energy-efficiency opportunities at industrial sites.
• Grow client relationships and identify opportunities for additional work with current clients.
• Explain complex technical topics, produce energy-efficiency reports, collect/document performance data, and understand utility programs and compliance requirements.
