PPL Electric Utilities seeks a senior professional to design, implement, and manage large energy efficiency and DSM programs for residential, commercial, and industrial customers in its service territory. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and align programs with regulatory objectives and customer needs.

Responsibilities include planning multi-year DSM initiatives, developing marketing and outreach plans, conducting market research, and ensuring accurate performance tracking

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience in energy efficiency/DSM programs, or electric/gas utility experience.
• Knowledge of energy efficiency program best practices, evaluation, and cost-effectiveness.
• Experience with budgets and program management.
• Excellent leadership and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Design, implement, and manage energy efficiency/DSM programs for various customer segments.
• Plan and develop multi-year energy efficiency/DSM plans.
• Develop marketing plans and content to enhance program performance.
• Coordinate market research and analyses to identify program participants and trends.
• Track program performance metrics and reporting to regulators and stakeholders.
• Supervise program support staff as needed.
