Responsibilities

• Lead and/or support evaluation for DSM programs with focus on GPC’s programs.
• Support IRP, DSM filing, witness prep, and data requests.
• Lead RFP efforts for DSM program design and evaluation.
• Coordinate cross‑vendor contracting and system‑wide DSM reporting.
• Present DSM performance data to partners and leadership.
